Our History​

Welcome to Modern Design Center 21. Our family-owned and operated firm, based in Atlanta, GA, since 1997, has been dedicated to providing our clients with excellent service and expertise in home design. construction, and remodeling. Our motto is simple: we strive to capture the spirit of our client and the essence of the space. We pride ourselves on the spectacular quality and expertise we put into all of our projects. We are very proud of our project in 2004: a total remodeling of Atlanta's very own Pink Palace (pictured to the left) built by the same architect who constructed the Swan House- Phillip T. Shutze. We worked closely with the Atlanta Preservation Center to ensure that the home maintained its significant historically designed structure.​
